MSR.com is an internet-based Ski Racing community. As such, it is a great place to connect with others who love skiing and ski racing. However, there is a line that can be crossed by commercial posts of any kind (for example, offers of free services, for-pay services, products, samples, and the like). Therefore, the administrators (who may be contacted via PM or Email) must approve any such offer or link to another web site, whether it is in a post or in a signature, made by a person offering the product or service.
We will not tolerate and will continue to remove spam posts and links concerning promotional “offers” unrelated to snow sports. Members who violate this rule will fund themselves banned. Consider this your warning.
Posts or links designed to generate revenue from any skiing related activities such as the sale of merchandise, offering of instruction, travel promotion, etc., are treated as affiliate relationships and we will negotiate them case-by-case. This policy applies to free offers and promotional activities, as well as direct commercial offers or links. You must contact the administrators before posting any such offers or links.
By agreeing to these guidelines, you agree that you will not use this forum to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, hateful, harassing, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violates any law. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by ModernSkiRacing.com.
Please remember we are not responsible for any messages posted, nor do we constantly monitor all posts made. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify ModernSkiRacing.com and its personnel with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your or other's posts.
